I come with a high amount of internal motivatino to bring my best work and attitude to bear when working with my clients. If I'm not encouraged and motivated to be better, there are diminishing returns. I would add that part of what constitutes motivation is being appreciated openly for what you add to your company, in addition to help with improving or adding to your skillset.
